Customer service, I dunno - it seems to me all the big BMW riders are somewhat down with one or all of the 3 BMW guys...
i cant remember the last time i was ever worried about my bighit failing me in any situation. why? cause its a solid, well built bike that i can depend on when i push my limits a bit too far.

I have seen bighit chainstays snapped at least 5x

I have never even heard of a Brooklyn breaking in any way.

The bighit will snap but the brooklyn will bend b/c it's STEEL. STEEL is Real
