Ok here's the update, He's doing well as can be, he grateful for the support. But he did ask not to post the video from the newcast, so Im going to respect his wishes and I will ask the same for anybody else who is thinking of doing so. He will be back stronger than ever, once he recovers and hopefully justice will priveil. Also he can't have vistors without being approved by him or family, so please tight and send your e-cards or greetings to " banshee_one@brooklynbikeriders.com", this way he see his BBR Family is behind him 100%. |

I saw some people out there carrying weapons today. Im not trying to be a hypocrat but when you're already in that situation, got stabbed unexpectedly by some lowlife punk. you wont wanna grab your blade, open it and then scream for close combat. as far as I know the story Don was on point and did the best thang. saved his own ass and his bike! mad respect! always remember how much cops f*(k with us, how much security f*(ks call the cops on our assez. if they find a weapon on you, good luck. your weapon is YOUR BIKE. and your mindset, whatever it is. this doesnt mean if Donelle pointed out those f*(ks I wouldnt tickle them to the emergency room... Man, you can use this as a weapon.... loosen you seatpost ( if you have a quick release seatclamp thats a really good thing) take out your seat with your seatpost and start swinging it.
Im not saying that you will or can do it when you are being jumped but when you know that something is fgoignto happen and you have some 15 seconds ..... \
Or if you have 2 minutes, you can take everything off of your bars and take them out of the stem and you got a weapon....

...have any of you seen the movie "Kids"? The one filmed about a bunch of wild life kids from L.E.S. (Lower East Side). There's a scene when one of them gets bullied at what I think was Washington Square Park. THis poor fool (The Bully) didn't realize that this kid was a friend of every other skater in the park. Even after the skater told him he was sorry and didn't want any problems the bully still wanted to f*&k him up for bumping into him. Long story short, the bully took multiple skateboard induced autographs to the grill.... :blink: Ouch!!!. He played himself....and got what he deserved. I'm no advocate for violence but some situations such as Donnells' require just that kind of response....
