Trail Demo and Movie Night at Highbridge Bike Park Sunday June 2nd

A movie screening under the stars tops off a great day of riding your local trails -with our freinds from Intense Cycles!!

NYCMTB has teamed up with Sids Bikes NYC to bring you an afternoon of riding fresh treads at Highbridge Bike Park, on bikes provided by Intense Cycles!*

The staff at Highbridge Bike Park have been busy over the last four years dialing in some new goods for you to ride! The jump park has been totally redesigned. The back forty have been buffed and tuned and the flow has never been better! Riders can challenge their stamina on the big loop, get their flow out on the newly redesigned wonderwall trail, or test their mettle on the old favorite, Rough Ryder -All on Intense’s newest lineup of professional grade bikes!

Riders can also take a sneek peek at the newest additions on the Hellfighter Freeride trail, updated for 2013 with two new senders and a transfer jump in progress. Will you be the first to hit it??

Free trail demos begin at 1:00 p.m. Bern Helmets is coming along for the ride, providing protection for your noggin when the riding gets rough. Bern is also donating some sweet raffle prizes and tons of giveaways all day! Meet the NYCMTB staff as we grill you some tasty snacks to compliment your ride while DJ Desheila Morales spins up some hot tracks to keep the vibe alive.

Bring your purse, because Sids Bikes NYC has stepped up to offer over $1k in prizes in NYCMTB’s signature MEGA raffle. All proceeds will directly benefit improvements to the Highbridge Bike Park.

Stay on with us, and close out this unique event with a movie screening of your favorite MTB flick starting at dusk right beside your local trails!!
