the park consists of technical DH, lots of single track, and pretty long, very rock fire roads, switch backs, log rides, rock drop offs--2-10 ft, rock riding, many log crossings, and some small rock/dirt jumps along the trail. Climbing is involved. theres alot of climbing to reach the many DH trails. i had alot of fun in sprain ridge even though i was on my 45 Ib bighit, but if you dont like climbing and pushin your bike up, its not a park for you. for all those freeriders that would push for 15 minutes to do a 2 minute run, you will like this park. lots of selection. terrain consists of lots of rocks, loose dirt, hardpack, and rock slabs, rock gardens. i only been in the park once so i dont know/explored most of the park...ill update when i do. here's a link to map----park map
