Wow thats some really bad news and some powerful bullshit.  That spot was soo close and had tons of potential.  Now there's no chance in hell I would even pass through that town.  That mountain will go out of business for sure.  They can't compete with Mt. Creek water park, people from pa travel to creek because it soo close.  Now they have to start from scratch and build a huge expensive water park that nobody is going to travel to.  Then they can deal with the insurance issues surrounding water parks , good luck.  I just started riding there at end of last season and thought they had some good trails.
