that's right 4 days of gnar if you can make it out there, or last 4 consecutive days of platt.   There is a race so both lifts will be running and they have been staying open till 5.30-6p.m. the last race weekend.

I heard that the triple chair won't be running til late July or August since they overhauled the whole motor because it was making some weird noises since the last race and he decided to fix it now than later in the season.

That sucks, but they need to overhaul both lifts in my opinion.  As long as the double lift is going you can get to either peak.  It's a 5-10 minute hike up to the tripple chair side, alot worse if going the other direction.  The only problem is race traffic on the lift line.  Even on the worst crouded race weekend those lift lines aren't that long at Platt.  Most racers are hiking the corse on saturday, and too tired to freeride after the race sunday.
