you can find deals, every now and then, but so is everyone else in NYC who's looking for desireable apts and a reasonable price

you could always move to the burbs...

Last time we rented we looked and found in December. It seems like nobody is moving in December and there we tons of places. In the end the landlord paid the fee and we save a couple of hundreds on the monthly rent.

Not the right time of the year I know but just good advice.

this is the last couple of months to look... before nyc rental market picks up. info is from my homie who makes his 6 figs renting apartments all year round. Im trying to catch something in the city right now... fuck a hood
